5 Favorite Amazon Purchases Over the Last Month

Amazon— I was trying to break-up with you earlier in the year. You had become a bad habit. “Why drive to the store when you can easily order it online and have it delivered right to your door?” Way too many boxes later, however, I realized I should probably shop more in person and order less online.  I was doing pretty good at cutting down until COVID-19 hit and threw a big wrench in my break-up plan. Once again, I am doing a lot of my shopping through Amazon. I decided since I am back at it and I know a huge amount of Americans are as well, I would share my 5 favorite Amazon purchases I made over the last month. Maybe you will find a new favorite! Here they are in no particular order:

Nature’s Way Sambucus Elderberry Gummies- $13.59

I have been purchasing these Elderberry gummies through Amazon for about a year now. I read that Elderberry can be a wonderful way to boost your immune system. My chiropractor also highly recommends Elderberry and I trust him. I honestly believe that after taking these gummies on a consistent basis, I have been sick much less than I normally would have. They are especially great to have around the house right now considering all that is going on in the world with COVID-19. They taste great too, so no yuckiness involved! https://amzn.to/3bvJuBm

Makeup Eraser-$17.00

I had heard about this Amazon favorite a few times and finally decided to give it a go. It really is great! I use it with my regular Beautycounter Countertime Cleansing Oil (See my post on why I switched to Beautycounter here: https://herheartstirs.com/why-i-switched-to-beautycounter-2/) at the end of the day to wash my face and remove any make-up. It is super soft on the skin, and it does seem to help remove make-up more easily than a regular washcloth. You are supposed to be able to use this to remove all your make-up with no face soap involved. I haven’t tried that yet, but I have heard good things. https://amzn.to/3cIdF8Q

Naipo Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager- $49.99

This massager is AMAZING if you are a person who tends to get sore muscles, tight shoulders, and neck pain! Just read the reviews on Amazon and you will be convinced. The Naipo allows you to give yourself your own back massage. Scott and I honestly could not believe how well it worked, and how you can manipulate it on your own, to hit just the right spot. What is even better is the price point. We have purchased back massagers in the past, that do not work nearly as well—for a lot more money. It is one powerful massager, I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from back pain. You will never have to beg your spouse for a back rub again. https://amzn.to/350xUvI

Complete Fitness and Nutrition Journal- $14.99

I purchased this when I decided to record everything I ate in a food journal. It has plenty of space to record both food and exercise. It also has spaces for you to record how you felt that day, how much you slept, how much water you drank, what your energy was like and more. I love that on the bottom of the food page there is an area for notes, so once I have filled in all the food I ate for the day, I can make notes regarding the choices I made that day. This journal Is keeping me on track to my goals.  https://amzn.to/2VtLCEe

Rubbermaid Through-Handle Laundry Basket- $19.23

This purchase was honestly a bit of splurge and that Is a funny thing to say about laundry baskets! But—if you are like me, you probably have a handful of different laundry baskets in your home, that do not stack nicely on top of one another when not in use. You may also have baskets with broken handles and cracked plastic (Me too!). I finally decided I deserved nice baskets that were stackable and not broken. I had one Rubbermaid (pictured above) that was my favorite. I decided to get more of that one if possible. I looked for it on Amazon and was pleasantly surprised to see they still made the exact one. I ordered 3 of them and now they make me happy every time I go in my laundry room or have to do laundry. They stack neatly, I have enough for my family of 5 (so much laundry😫) and I have no more broken plastic scratching me when I carry them. It is the little things in life I tell you.  https://amzn.to/3bxU1fv

So there you have it-my 5 favorite Amazon purchases over the last month. Do you have a favorite recent Amazon purchase to share? Please tell us in the comments below.

XO- Kerry

I had to laugh at your laundry basket descriptions! That is exactly what I have have-3 different laundry baskets that don’t stack, 1 that is broken and all three that make me irritated. It is the little things. A worthwhile splurge!
